The experience begins with a drive to the mountains surrounding the city of San José. As we climb, you’ll be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Central Valley and the landscapes that characterize this region of Costa Rica.
When you arrive at the lookout point, you’ll have time to enjoy the spectacular views of the city lit up at nightfall. From this prime vantage point, you can take in the urban landscape surrounded by mountains while enjoying the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that characterizes the area. The outdoor areas and traditional bonfires create the perfect setting to relax and take memorable photos of the Central Valley.
The evening continues with an exquisite dinner in a setting surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air. Depending on the day of the tour, the dining experience is offered as a buffet or an à la carte menu carefully prepared to highlight local and international flavors. The experience includes a glass of wine to accompany dinner.
On Wednesdays, the experience is rounded out with a performance of Costa Rican folk dances, live marimba music, and an open bar, offering an excellent opportunity to discover some of the country’s most representative cultural expressions. Through the music, colorful costumes, and local traditions, you’ll be able to enjoy an authentic Costa Rican evening in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.
On other operating days, visitors can enjoy a more peaceful and relaxed experience, with à la carte service and the stunning nighttime views that characterize this renowned lookout point.
We recommend bringing a light jacket, as temperatures in this mountainous area tend to be cooler at night.
At the end of the experience, we’ll head back to your hotel after an evening that combines fine dining, culture, and the nighttime beauty of Costa Rica’s Central Valley.
